Submit your session proposal here for the International Oak Society Conference to be held October 5-8, 2025 in Oaxaca, Mexico. Session proposals must be submitted by April 20, 2025 for consideration for inclusion in the Conference Program.

You may complete the submission form in Spanish, and presentations may be delivered in Spanish. Simultaneous translation will be provided at the Conference.

Please note: We are seeking proposals for individual oral presentations, workshops, and posters. Submitters are not required to assemble multi-speaker panels of presenters.
